Product called closeout, excess or clearance may contain brand new items, shelf-pulls, overstock merchandise, out of season, and liquidated merchandise. Most merchandise is in perfect condition – factory sealed, new with tags and labels.

Customer returns may be in new condition, have some shelf wear or be damaged or need repair. The amount of damage may vary from lot to lot. You should expect to receive some damaged items in loads of customer returned merchandise.

Most items listed on our website are marketable and working (unless stated otherwise listed as salvage). Legend Liquidation does its best to list products accurately. Please read product descriptions for exact condition of your lots prior to purchasing.

You agree to NOT use the stores’ names or names of any of the store brands in your advertising, or in the selling and representation of their products.

Legend Liquidation accepts payment via credit card, paypal, cash and money order. For local sales payment may be made at point of pickup or delivery. Payment must be made prior to all shipped orders.

If it doesn’t state specifically in the listing then the quantity listed is the minimum. You can get any number of units above the minimum if available.
